This release introduces an alternative communication channel to our backend. It’s designed to improve uninterrupted service for customers who are unable to connect directly to the API server.

What’s New:
We've added an extra way to connect to our backend if the main API server isn’t reachable.
When to Use:
- If you face connection errors because of DNS issues, firewall restrictions, or VPN/corporate network problems.
- If your internet works fine but you still can’t reach our API server.
How to use it:
Use the server switcher to try connecting through an alternative server by clicking on the [Main] button on the login page
