We’ve made it easier for you to build and view Summary Tickets:
- New Option: “Attachment Type”
When summarizing tickets, you’ll now see a new dropdown called “Attachment Type”. You’ll find it under the “List Each Line Item Individually” option. This gives you more control over how your attachments appear in the summary. - Clickable Summary Ticket Link in the Pop-up
After you create a summary, you’ll see a message that says something like:
“Tickets summary [LINK] built”
You can now click the link to instantly open the Summary Ticket – no need to search for it.
What You’ll See:
- Select a few tickets and click [Summarize Tickets].
- Choose your options (including the new “Attachment Type”) and click [Save].
- A pop-up message appears showing:
- The Customer and Total
- A clickable Summary Ticket link
- [OK] and [X] buttons
- Click the link to open the ticket — the message will still be there when you return.
- When done, close the message using [OK] or [X].
These updates make it faster and easier to create and review your Summary Tickets.
