Feature Overview

You can now crop images after you upload them to a ticket. This means you can cut out extra background or focus on just the important part of your photo - all without leaving the app.

Why This is Helpful

Sometimes, your photo might include more than you want to show - like extra space, private info, or just things that aren’t important. Now, you can easily fix that with the Crop tool.

How It Works

1. Upload an image to a ticket (just like you normally do).
2. Click on the image to view it.
3. Press the [Crop] button.
4. A pop-up will appear - you’ll see your original photo with a box on it.
5. Move or resize the box to keep just the part you want.
6. Click [Crop] - and you're done!

The ticket will now show your cropped image.

Want to change it again? Just press [Crop] one more time, and you’ll see the full original image to start over.
