You can now make buttons that automatically fill in property values when clicked — no coding or scripts needed!

When setting up a Scripted Button, you’ll see a new option in the Button Type list called “Set Property Value.”
Just pick this option, tell the button which fields to fill out and what values to use — and you’re done!

How to Use It

1. Go to Custom Form Layout.
2. Add a new property and choose Scripted Button.
3. Open the Button Type list and pick Set Property Value.
4. Enter which fields the button should fill in and what values to use.
5. Save your changes.

Now, when you use this button in a ticket, it will automatically fill in those fields for you!

What to Check:

• The new Set Property Value option shows up when setting up a button.
• You can add fields and values easily.
• When you click the button on a ticket, the fields get filled in correctly.
