We’ve added a new setting that lets your company standardize the experience by always using the updated V2 (React app) interface for all ticket and load-related pages.

What You Can Do Now

• A new checkbox is available in your company’s Advanced Settings:
  • “Force V2 Tickets and Loads”
• When enabled:
  • All ticket and load links across the platform will automatically open in the V2 interface
• When disabled:
  • The system will continue using the default logic

Applies To:

This setting affects all ticket and load-related links, including:

• Tickets
• Loads
• Dynamic Ticket / Tickets by Stage
• Summary
• Any other page that opens a ticket or load

How to Use It

1. Go to Company Settings > Advanced Settings
2. Check the box: Force V2 Tickets and Loads
3. All ticket and load pages will now open in the modern V2 interface for all users
