How It Works:
  1. Navigate to the Settings menu and select Notification Templates.
  2. Create or edit a notification template, specifying Email and SMS formats.
  3. Configure alert rules by defining the type (Info, Warning, Success, Error) and trigger conditions (Script or BPA Condition).
  4. Assign Email and SMS templates to alerts for consistent messaging.
  5. Users can manage their notification preferences in Profile > Settings/Manage User > Notifications, where they can enable or disable specific alerts at the account or role level.
  6. The system dynamically generates content for Email and SMS based on configured templates.
  7. Notifications now support subject, content, and attachments, ensuring structured and well-formatted messages.
  8. Alerts and notifications are managed within Settings > Custom Forms > Edit Custom Form > Access & Alerts > Notification, where templates are assigned.
