What’s New

We’ve made it much easier to import tickets into the system using email and Excel files. These updates save time, reduce manual work, and improve how you manage templates and ticket data.

Highlights
  • Email-Based Imports
    You can now send Excel files by email, and the system will automatically create tickets based on the data.
  • Live Dropdowns in Excel
    When filling in your Excel template, dropdowns will show real-time options from the system - so it’s easier to choose the correct info.
  • Automatic Email Reply
    After sending your Excel file, you’ll get an automatic confirmation email once your data is processed.
  • Smarter Templates
    You can now create, edit, copy, delete, and download templates more easily. These templates help you organize the ticket info you want to import.
How to Use It
  1. Go to the Tickets page and click the [⋮] button → then Bulk Imports.
  2. Click Create Template, choose a Custom Form, and name your template.
  3. Select the fields you want to include (like contact info, dates, dropdowns).
  4. Save your template.
  5. You can now edit it, make a copy, or delete it if needed.
  6. Click Download to get the Excel version of your template.
  7. Fill out the template using the instructions on the second tab.
  8. Click Import Data and upload the filled file.
  9. A new ticket will appear with all your imported details - no manual entry needed!
