Overview

To improve user efficiency when filling out tickets, a new feature has been added that allows web users to copy an existing line item. This enhancement reduces repetitive data entry, saving time and streamlining the ticket creation process.

What’s New

• Confluence Link Support: Ability to configure Confluence Space Key and Root Page ID in the Documents Module.
• Direct Navigation: Documents in OilCommand now provide a direct link to the corresponding Confluence page.
• Integration Settings: Admins can manage Confluence linking at the module level for consistency across teams.
• Improved Traceability: Easier to maintain document references between OilCommand and Confluence.‍

  • A new “Copy” option is now available alongside existing line item actions (Delete, Update, Attachment).
  • When selected, the system creates an exact copy of the chosen line item.

How It Works

1. User opens a saved ticket with at least one line item.
2. Under the line item controls, the user clicks Copy.
3. An exact copy of the line item is inserted immediately below the original, with all values preserved.
