Overview

We’ve made it easier to find exactly what you need in your tickets. With our new Filter Modals, you can quickly narrow down your view without extra steps.

What’s New
  • Simpler filtering – Only see the filters that are relevant for the ticket view you’re in.
  • Mobile-friendly design – Filters now open in a clean, easy-to-use pop-up on your phone or when your browser window is smaller.
  • Custom options – Up to six filters can be available at once, such as:
    • Date range
    • Customer office
    • Assigned team member
    • Job code or status

How It Works
