What’s New

We’ve made it easier to identify the right contact when building tickets!
Now, company names are displayed next to customer contact names in the Ticket Builder.

This is especially helpful when contacts share the same name — you can now easily distinguish them based on the company they work for.

How It Works

• When you open the Ticket Builder and select a customer contact, the company name will appear in parenthesesor lighter text next to the contact’s name.
• This change applies to dropdowns, input fields, or lists where contacts are displayed.

Example

Before:
John Smith
John Smith

Now:
John Smith (Acme Corp)
John Smith (Bright Solutions)

Good to Know

• This feature only appears if the contact has a company assigned in the system.
• You must have access to the Ticket Builder screen to use this feature.
