What’s New
You can now quickly delete several line items at once when editing a ticket — no more removing them one by one!
This makes managing tickets faster and easier, especially when you need to clean up many items at the same time.
How to Use
- Go to any ticket and click Edit.
- Turn ON the Allow Bulk Delete switch (you’ll see this at the top of the item list).
- Once switched on, checkboxes will appear next to each item in the list.
- Select the items you want to remove by clicking their checkboxes.
- When you select at least one item:
- A Delete button will appear.
- You’ll also see how many items you’ve selected.
- Click the Delete button.
- A confirmation message will pop up asking if you’re sure.
- Click Yes to remove the items or No to cancel.
Tip: You can also clear all your selections at once by clicking the small X button near the item counter.
