Feature Overview:
This update introduces a comprehensive "Download & Sign" workflow within the Secure Customer Portal. Designed for partners who require physical stamps or manual signatures, this hybrid process allows customers to confirm or edit critical job data digitally before printing the ticket. Once physically signed, the document can be uploaded directly back into the portal, ensuring all authorizations are centralized, audited, and instantly visible for billing.

- Custom Form Property Settings (Editable on Signature Page)
Features/Benefits:
- Flexible Authorization Options – The signature portal now features three distinct actions: Sign Ticket (E-Sign), Download & Sign (Manual), and Dispute, providing a clear path for any corporate requirement.
- Pre-Signature Data Entry – Admins can enable specific properties to be "Editable on Customer Signature Page," allowing customers to verify them directly in the portal before the PDF is generated.
- Centralized "Signature" Storage – Uploaded documents are automatically saved to the Signature property of the ticket, making them easier to find than standard attachments and ensuring they appear on the ticket review screen.
- Automated Internal Notifications – Upon a successful upload, the system triggers a "Ticket Signed" notification to internal users, accelerating the transition to the billing phase.
- Access Control Integration – This feature is governed by the "Allow E-Sign Capability" toggle in Manage Users > Access Rights, ensuring security and proper role-based access.
