This update introduces a robust, template-based rendering system (v2) for ticket printouts, replacing legacy hardcoded formats. By utilizing a dynamic rendering engine and configurable placeholders, administrators can now design customizable layouts and content variations that cater to specific client needs and diverse operational use cases.

• Dynamic Template Rendering - Transition from static, hardcoded files to a flexible engine (supporting Nunjucks) that renders ticket content based on predefined templates.
• Advanced Template Management - A new administrative UX allows for adding, assigning, and versioning multiple print templates per custom form.
• Smart Inheritance & Overrides - Base templates can be extended or overridden, ensuring that customized layouts maintain core structural integrity while meeting specific client requirements.
• Multi-Template Printing - If a custom form has multiple templates enabled, users can select and print multiple versions (e.g., a "Customer Copy" and an "Internal Office Copy") simultaneously.
• Global & Company Defaults - Admins can designate a single template as the "Company Default" or "Form Default" to ensure standardized output across all generated tickets.
• Independent Versioning - The v2 system is completely isolated from v1 settings; enabling the "Default to v2 print template" ensures only v2 configurations are applied during the download or print action.

How It Works:

1. Navigate to Settings → Custom Forms and select a form.
2. Open the Print (v2) tab to view the new Template Management dashboard.
3. Use the [Add New] or [Assign Existing] buttons to manage the templates available for that specific form.
4. Enable "Default to v2 print template" to bypass legacy v1 formatting and use the new dynamic engine.
5. Customize layout details in the Custom Provider Format Markup section, utilizing dynamic placeholders to pull live ticket data.
6. Save your changes; the system will immediately apply the selected template to all future print and download actions for that form.
