Feature Overview:

You can now select multiple values for certain fields in the mobile app. This is useful when more than one option applies - like selecting several materials or services used in a job.

Features/Benefits:
  • Multi-Select Enabled Fields - Some dropdowns now support selecting multiple options instead of just one.
  • Faster Entry - Choose all relevant options at once.
  • Cleaner Workflow - Reduces the need for duplicate fields or notes.
How It Works:
  1. Open a mobile ticket with a dropdown field that supports multi-select.
  2. Tap the field - you'll now be able to select more than one value.
  3. Save the form, and all selected values will be recorded.
