What's New?

You can now easily duplicate tickets in the Tickets Views with just one click!
We’ve added a new [Copy] button next to each ticket to help you work faster and save time when creating similar or repeating tickets.

Why It Matters:

Before, creating a similar ticket meant filling out all the details from scratch. Now, you can simply hit [Copy], and all the ticket’s information will be duplicated into a new row — ready for any quick edits or updates.

To help keep things clear, the copied ticket will automatically include “(copy)” in the name.

How It Works:

• Look for the new [Copy] button next to any ticket.
• Click it, and a new ticket will appear right away with all the same details.
• The copied ticket can be edited just like any other.
