What’s New?

You can now automatically send form emails to Ticket Subscribers - the people assigned to the ticket - using the email templates you already use.

What This Means for You

Before: You had to manually choose who gets an email when a form is filled out.
Now: Oil Command can automatically email the right people, based on who is assigned to the ticket.

How to Use It

1. Go to any Custom Form
2. Click on Email Settings
3. In the “Who should get the email?” section, choose Ticket Subscribers
4. Pick an email template
5. Save!

Now, whenever someone submits that form - the right team members will get notified.
