What’s New?

You can now separate permissions when giving team members access to Manage Users, Company Info, and Role Settings in Oil Command.

Instead of giving full control, you can now choose exactly what someone should manage - users, company settings, or custom roles.

Why This Matters

Before, if someone needed to add a new user, they also got access to edit custom roles - which could lead to mistakes or accidental access changes.

Now, you have more control and safety when assigning responsibilities.

How It Works

We've broken the old permission into three new options:

• Manage Users – Add, retire, and update users
• Manage Company Info – Edit your company name, logo, time zone, etc.
• Manage Roles + Custom Access – Assign or edit custom roles, and manage role permissions

You can turn these on individually using the toggles in the Access Rights section.
