• Ticket Clusters: When lots of tickets are close together, we’ll group them to keep things clear
• Color-Coded Layers: Quickly understand ticket types or statuses at a glance
• Click for Details: Tap any ticket to see more information in a pop-up
• Route Directions: Get directions to a ticket location with one click
