Introduced a new Rich Text Display Property type that supports multi-line strings, Markdown formatting, and AI-generated content flagging.
This enhancement improves the readability and structure of AI-generated outputs within Ticket Properties and Memos.

With the new Rich Text Display:

Better readability‍

Text now appears with proper spacing, paragraphs, and line breaks.

Supports formatting

You can now see:

• Headings
• Bullet points
• Numbered lists
• Tables
• Code-style text (if included by the AI)

AI content is clearly marked

If the property is set as “AI Generated,” the system will show a small AI watermark so users know the content came from the AI assistant.

Works inside Memos too

Any AI-generated memo text will display using this improved format.

‍How to Test the New Feature (Simple Steps)

1. Create a new Property
   • Choose Markdown as the type
   • Set the Size to 60%
2. Add some formatted text
   Copy and paste the example below into the new Property (using BPA or manual entry):

   • Turn on AI Generated Value
   • Check that an AI watermark appears below the Property name in the Ticket
