What’s New?

A new option has been added that allows you to include ticket attachments when sending automated E-mail alerts.
Any files uploaded to a ticket - such as PDFs, images, forms, or supporting documents - can now automatically be added to outgoing alert emails.

This ensures that recipients receive all relevant information at the same time, without needing to manually locate or forward attachments.

Why This Matters
  • Ensures reviewers receive full context with each alert
  • Reduces the need for manual follow-up or additional file sharing
  • Prevents missing documents during ticket review
  • Works with all standard attachment types across ticket categories
How It Works

A new setting is available in the E-Mail Alert Rules modal:

“Include Ticket Attachments”

When enabled, the system will attach all files from the ticket to the alert email that is sent.

How to Use It
  1. Open Alert Rules for the relevant ticket type
  2. Add or edit an existing E-mail alert rule
  3. Enable Include Ticket Attachments
  4. Save your changes
  5. Trigger or wait for the alert to send
  6. Confirm that the email includes the expected attachments
