Drag-and-drop is supported to reorganize items into any structure you prefer.

3. “+” Button Support (Web – Top Navigation)

The top navigation + button now allows you to create:

• A new Custom Form
• A new Group (Folder)

New items appear instantly in the correct location in the tree.

4. Mobile Web Support

The same tree-based grouping structure is now fully responsive and usable on mobile web, including:

• Expanding / collapsing folders
• Drag-and-drop (where supported)
• Creating forms & groups
• Viewing deep nested structures

How It Works (User Walkthrough)

When you open Settings → Custom Forms, you will now see a structured tree view:

• Forms that are used daily remain at the top level
• Groups appear with an expansion arrow
• Nested forms appear inside each group

Users can drag items to reorder or reorganize the structure at any time.

From the + button in the top navigation, you can add new folders or forms. Both instantly appear inside the sidebar in the correct order.

Mobile users get the same streamlined experience with collapsible folders and full visibility of nested forms.

What You Can Do With Custom Form Groups

1. Easier Custom Forms Section

The Custom Forms page now shows your forms in a simple folder-style layout.
You can open and close each folder to see the forms inside, helping you keep your list clean and organized.

2. Manage Folders and Forms Easily

You can now fully organize your forms however you like.
From the Custom Forms screen, you can:

• Create new folders
• Rename folders
• Move folders
• Reorder folders
• Delete folders

You can also:

• Create new forms
• Rename forms
• Move forms
• Delete forms

And if you want to reorganize things, just drag and drop any folder or form to the spot where it belongs.

3. Quick Add Button (Web – Desktop)

The + button at the top of the page now lets you quickly add:

• A new custom form
• A new folder

Anything you create appears immediately in your list, exactly where you placed it.

4. Works Great on Mobile

The same organized structure is available on mobile web.
On your phone, you can:

• Expand or collapse folders
• Scroll through long lists
• Easily find forms inside groups
• Enjoy a layout that adjusts to your screen size

Everything works the same way as on desktop - just in a smaller, mobile-friendly format.
