Enhanced Calendar Month View & Detailed Job Overlays

Data Management
Enhancements
February 6, 2026
Feature Overview:

This update significantly improves the readability and information density of the Calendar Month View, especially for mobile and tablet users. By expanding the visible text in calendar events and introducing a detailed daily summary modal, users can now identify jobs and navigate their schedule with fewer clicks.

Related Features:
  • Tickets Management
  • Ticket Status Indicators
  • Module Builder
Features/Benefits:
  • Expanded Event Visibility – Calendar cells now display more descriptive text for each entry, allowing users to identify customers and job sites at a glance without truncating essential info.
  • Daily Job Summary Modal – Clicking on a specific date opens a detailed timeline view showing the exact start times, company names, ticket numbers, and current job statuses (e.g., Draft, Open, Needs Signature).
  • Visual Priority Indicators – Supports "Tab Indicator Colors" (visual color markers on the side of events), enabling users to immediately spot high-priority or specifically categorized tickets.
  • Integrated Calendar Notes – Users can view and add specific notes directly within the daily summary modal to improve team communication for that specific date.
  • One-Click Ticket Access – Direct links (external icons) next to ticket numbers in the summary modal allow for instant navigation to the full ticket details.
How It Works:
  1. Navigate to the Calendar View from the sidebar in mobile browser.
  2. Switch from Day view to Month view and select some month from the calendar (e.g., "May 2025").
  3. Review the monthly grid where events now show extended descriptions for better identification.
  4. Tap on any day (e.g., "May 08, 2025") to open the Daily Summary Modal.
  5. View the chronological list of jobs, including job counts, headcounts, and status colors.
  6. Click the [External Link] icon next to a ticket number to open the specific Ticket, or use the [Add Note] button to leave a comment for that day.
