Feature Overview:
This update streamlines the ticket finalization process by introducing an integrated data entry step within the signature workflow. Instead of filling out secondary fields on the ticket page, customers are now presented with a "Fill the form" modal immediately after clicking [Sign Ticket]. This ensures all required information is captured in a focused, step-by-step manner, providing better clarity and a smoother experience for the customer before the signature is applied.

Features/Benefits:
- Focused Data Entry – All fields marked as "Editable on Customer Signature Page" are now consolidated into a clear, multi-step modal, reducing page clutter and helping the customer focus on the required options.
- Dynamic Form Selection – Admins can easily control which fields appear in the signature modal by toggling the "Editable on Customer Signature Page" setting within the Custom Form Layout.
- Flexible Input Support – The modal supports a wide variety of property types, including Dropdowns, Multi-selects, Date/Time pickers, and Multi-line text fields, ensuring all necessary job details are captured.
- Improved Compliance & Clarity – By presenting fields in a dedicated modal, the system ensures that essential data is verified and selected at the exact moment of authorization.
- Seamless Guided Process – A modern "1 → 2" workflow (Fill the form → Add Signature) makes the process intuitive for both customers receiving tickets via email and field technicians.
How It Works:
- In the Custom Form Layout editor, open the settings for any property that the customer needs to review or fill out during signing.
- Enable the checkbox "Editable on Customer Signature Page" and save the changes.
- When a customer clicks the [Sign Ticket] button on the ticket, a modal titled "Add Signature" appears.
- The user completes the required fields in the first step ("1. Fill the form").
- After clicking [Next], the user proceeds to the final step ("2. Add Signature") to draw or upload their signature and complete the process.
