Automatic Removal of Notifications when company is removed from Custom Form

What’s New?

When a Superadmin removes a company from a Custom Form, any notifications tied to that form will now be automatically removed for that company.

No more leftover alerts - the system now keeps things clean and accurate behind the scenes.

Why This Matters

Previously, notifications like “Ticket Closed” or “Ticket Disputed” remained visible to companies even after they were removed from a form. This could lead to confusion and unnecessary clutter in the Notifications settings.

With this update, companies will only see notifications relevant to their current form access.

How It Works
  • Add a company to a Custom Form and enable notifications
  • Notifications will appear for that company under Settings > Notifications
  • Remove the company from the Custom Form
  • The associated notifications are now removed automatically - no manual action needed
