We’ve enhanced the ticket filtering experience on mobile devices. Now, when viewing tickets by stage, you can easily see which filter is active and quickly change it - no guessing or extra navigation needed.

What’s New

Visible filter title – The active filter name (for example, “By Stage: In Progress”) is now displayed at the top of the ticket view on mobile screens.

Simpler filter selection – Tapping the visible filter title opens the filter menu, allowing users to switch filters instantly.

Consistent mobile experience – The update aligns mobile filtering with desktop behavior, verifying clarity across all devices.

How It Works

1. When you open the Tickets → By Stage view on a mobile browser, the filter title now appears above the ticket list.
2. Tap the title to open the filter options and select a different filter.
3. The selected filter title updates automatically once a new filter is applied.
