This consolidation means that all list options for custom forms are now managed in one central location, making it easier to maintain and update field values across the platform.

How It Works:

1. Open any Custom Form that uses dropdown selections.
2. Observe that list values are now powered by Client Records instead of the old Choices Manager.
3. To add or edit an option in a list, navigate to the Client Records section and update the corresponding entry.
4. Existing tickets will continue to display their original selected values, now linked to the new record structure.
5. The system automatically handles the background connection, ensuring that all dropdowns remain active and accurate.
