• We’ve made it easier to view and manage your tickets when you’re on your phone or using a smaller browser window. Instead of long tables, tickets now appear as cards with the most important details front and center.

What You’ll See

• A clear title for each ticket (example: Account: Epic Energy).
• A status label that shows what’s needed (example: Need MSA).
• Supporting details, like location (example: San Juan County).
• The assigned user’s name, shown as a quick badge.
• Simple formatting for easy scanning (bold, italic, or divider lines where helpful).

• Easier to read on the go – no more pinching and zooming.
• Quick scanning – you’ll instantly see ticket status and key info.
