We’ve improved how you build quotes and manage tickets on both web and mobile views. Now you can easily add and review line items directly from your phone or computer—no switching or scrolling through complex layouts.

What’s New

Line item visibility – You can now view all key fields such as Category, Sub-Category, Description, and SKU while adding or editing tickets.

Improved ticket display – When viewing a ticket, each line item now clearly shows its Description and Total, giving you a complete summary at a glance.

Mobile-friendly interaction – The layout is optimized for smaller screens, making quote building and line-item management smooth on mobile browsers.

How It Works

When you open or edit a ticket, line items are now displayed directly in the ticket view.
Selecting a Category or Sub-Category automatically displays its corresponding Description and SKU.
