New “Divisions” Tab added in Resource Manager

What’s New?

We’ve added a new “Divisions” tab in the Resource Manager, right next to the existing “Districts” tab. This update reflects how the company now organizes teams and locations.

Why This Matters

The term “District” no longer matches how our operations are structured. During recent team discussions, we agreed to start using “Division” instead for better clarity and consistency across:

  • Job setup
  • Labor reporting
  • Billing and planning

Adding Divisions helps avoid confusion and aligns Resource Manager with how other parts of the platform already work.

What’s Included in This Update
  • A new “Divisions” tab added to Resource Manager
  • Updated dropdowns, table headers, and filters to include Divisions
  • Reports and exports now show Division where appropriate
  • No data was lost — all existing records remain intact and accessible

What You Need to Do

Nothing! Just start using the new Divisions tab when assigning work, filtering views, or running reports.

If you maintain any templates, guides, or saved filters, you may want to update them to include “Division.”
