A new Customer Discount feature has been added, enabling business owners to apply monthly market-rate-based discounts to maintain competitiveness. This feature ensures rates are applied consistently across eligible tickets and works seamlessly in both desktop and mobile views.

• Partner Discount Logic: Automatically applies the updated customer rate from the Custom Record to all line items on tickets.
• Supported Ticket Statuses: Discounts apply only to tickets in Draft, Created, or Open status.
• Customer ID Visibility: Customer ID is now accessible for OC Professional Services to improve transparency and troubleshooting.
• Mobile App Support: Full functionality is available when creating or updating tickets in the mobile app.

How It Works

1. Ensure the Custom Record for the customer contains the correct rate.
2. When the rate is updated, the discount logic automatically applies the new rate to all line items in eligible tickets.
3. The updated pricing reflects instantly in both desktop and mobile interfaces.
