Customer Pricing Update: Automatically Remove Blank Rates

What’s New

We’ve made it easier to manage customer-specific pricing. Now, when you clear a usage rate (leave it blank) in the Customer Pricing table, the system will automatically remove the related pricing record.

What This Means:
  • If you set a usage rate for a customer’s SKU, the system will save that rate.
  • If you clear that value later, the system will now delete the pricing record automatically — no extra steps needed.

This helps keep your pricing table clean and accurate without manual cleanup.

How to Try It
  1. Go to the Customer Pricing table.
  2. Add a customer and set a usage rate (any value above 0) for one of their SKUs.
  3. Click Save — the rate will be saved in the system.
  4. Now, clear that usage rate field and click Save again.
  5. The system will automatically delete the pricing record for that SKU.
