What’s new?
You can now see all jobs in the Calendar View - even those you’re not assigned to!
This helps teams get better visibility into overall scheduling, work distribution, and team coordination.
What can you do?
- View all jobs that your admin has access to
- See job details like date, time, and basic info
- You can’t open tickets unless they’re assigned to you
- You can’t make changes to tickets unless you have the right permissions
How it Works
- Admins set this up using Module Builder
- Once it's active, regular users can open the calendar and see every job displayed - without needing to be on that ticket
- It’s view-only for unassigned tickets
Good to Know
- If you’re a ticket manager or admin, nothing changes - you still have full access
- If no special setup is done, the calendar will still show only your assigned tickets, just like before
- This feature helps improve planning, reduce confusion, and support team-wide awareness
